This ain't it chief
Look. There is plenty to say about this game, but in reality if you are looking into CRPGs to play this is one of the weakest modern options. The lore is complex in the worst way possible. Overwhelming pointless details kind of way. The combat is real time with pause. It was not good back in the day and Pillars is copying that for the modern CRPGs. This type of a game should simply not have RTWP combat. Period. It's not a one star simply because there is still a lot of work put into every element of the game. I just wish that it would have been built differently from the ground up, but that is asking for a completely different game at that point.
