Immersive post-apocalyptic FPS
Metro: Last Light is the sequel to Metro 2033, which takes place 1 year after (in a rare occasion) the canonical "bad ending". I played Redux versions of both games, in which both game runs on the same engine, making the gameplay and graphics identical. But unlike the first game, humans are the main antagonists, as opposed to the mutants. I enjoyed more human enemies, as fighting (or sneaking around) them is more enjoyable than simply shooting the mutants. Maybe it's just me getting used to the mechanics, but I think the stealth is easier than the previous game. While the story of Last Light is a bit longer than 2033, the Redux version automatically includes the Season Pass, which includes 9 extra levels, divided into 4 DLCs in the original game. The Faction Pack missions allows us to play as members of other factions, Nazi, Red Line, and Polis, each level emphazising different mechanics from the main game. The Chronicles Pack levels allows us to play missions from various secondary characters' (Anna, Pavel, Ulman, Khan) point of view which took place during the main game. The Developer Pack includes a single Stalker mission and a museum, while the Tower Pack gave a fighting challenge over 5 stages.
