It's a torture device not a game.
I don't own it as of now, but I used to play it on many various occasions. Once, I even managed to finish it. ( It was kind of a paladin build, where I focused melee, but had tons of healing, and shielding magic.). To describe how much this game became a thorn in my side, the music from this game plays in my head when something disappointing happens in my life. This is by far my most hated piece of digital garbage; I've ever had the discomfort of playing. On the surface, seems okay, but the longer you play you notice glaring problems. Like, why does mage, or archer focused abilities even exist, if you won’t ever, and I'm being absolutely honest. YOU WILL NEVER have a pure wizard, or pure archer build that actually works in this game. The enemies come at you in massive swarms. You cannot by design, be a pure anything, but a fighter. Fighter can do anything he wants. The music is a drowning, boring loop of shit. At first you might actually enjoy it, for the first few seconds, but then it gets mad boring real fast. Its cool there's a lot of skills, but you won’t be using most of them. Basically 80% of the skills are not viable, especially the summoning skills. Oh my god, it's horrible. You summon a thing, and it drains your mana endlessly until you banish it or it drains your mana completely. So, if you wanted a summoner build tough luck. Charisma is only useful at the start, later on it’s pointless. It's basically the illusion of choice, you get all this cool stuff, but the game only wants you to be a dumb warrior. That's about it. Also, don't bother power game, and train yourself, monsters level up with you. So, chances are, the game will be EVEN HARDER, if you try and level yourself up too fast.
Hilft dir das weiter?
