Waisted potential.
I'll be honest, I don't like this game and for reasons some might consider irrelevant. The game borrows heavily from the TellTale school of gaming. A linear story with few branching paths with "This character will remember this!" popping up after every dialogue conversation. Overall, outside of one big plot point, your choices don't really change much. The main character, Sam, has time control powers that are used in puzzles and to find out the pest options in dialogue trees. My problems start when the story devolves into a self insert fantasy. All the main characters can do no wrong and no matter how repulsive there choices are, they will always be shown as in the right. There is even a moment where Sam questions her choices up until now. I was actually intrigued and thought the game will go all meta on me. But then another character comes in goes "Nah girl! You are super special awesome and $hit!". I can't go in deeper without spoilers. So, if you are into these kind of tween dramas than go right ahead. But be warned, Dpnnie Darko this is not, even though it clearly is trying it's hardest to be.
