A lot of potential

Just as title suggests, this is a game with a lot of ideas, and well-written world and details at small things. But at the same time it lacks all of those on some of the other things. It honestly feels like level designers and quest designers didn't communicate as well as they could have. Also, while I enjoy the abundance of world writing, writing in quests and for set pieces is somewhat lacking. Not bad by any means, but somehow feels off. Combat is nothing amazing, some may even hate it for it's simplicity, I think it's serviceable. I love the idea behind gear augmentation, but it could get some improvements. A really good game with a lot of promise, and improvement from game to game from Spiders is obvious, but at the same time sometimes not in the directions I want.

Really interesting

Definitely a unique RPG in my opinion. Setting and story stands out compared to other games, unique lore elements were fun and I really enjoyed roleplaying my protagonist and watching the story unfold. The only negative point I would raise is the combat, which was a bit clunky at times, but wasn't a major issue for me overall. If you have played many RPG's and you're looking for something new, I would rec this to you!

Disappointing

Greedfall could have been a great RPG. Unfortunately, gameplay is very clunky and unenjoyable, and performance is poor to say the least. I could barely get the game to run at a decent fps rate. Now, this would've been acceptable if the game was on the graphicall forefront, but that's clearly not the case. hope spiders will fix those issues, but at this point I wouldn't count on it.

It's a good AA game.

I really enjoyed it, its one of the games that are really memorable to me, good story and solid gameplay, i also loved the main character's voice. If you find it on sale, it is a really good vfm, with relayability 5/5 from me

Tolles Setting und spannend

In meiner Rubrik "Waetsch spielt seinen Pile of Shame" habe ich dieses Spiel eine Stunde lang angespielt. Bei einem Rollenspiel kann man natürlich nach einer Stunde nicht viel über die Langzeitqualität sagen, was ich aber schon sagen kann: Die Story ist recht spannend, man hat jede Menge zu tun, dabei wir man aber recht gut an die Hand genommen ist fühlt sich nur ganz selten mal verloren. Die Steuerung geht gut von der Hand. Die Grafik ist sehr stimmungsvoll und macht Lust auf mehr. Ich bin schon sehr gespannt, was mich auf der Insel erwartet, ja, richtig, in der ersten Stunde bin ich nicht aus der Start-Stadt rausgekommen. Es gibt also noch viel zu entdecken. Nach dieser Stunde kann ich auf jeden Fall sagen, dass ich sehr gerne zu Greedfall zurückkehre und in die Story reinversinke. Hier der Link zu meinem "Angespielt"-Video: https://youtu.be/42EuNX-l5Kg
