25 years old and still as enjoyable as ever. The graphics are surprisingly decent especially played at 1600x1200. Sound is great. Keyboard mapping is a bit odd but you can change all the keys. Menu text disapears above 1024x768 but once you've memorised the memus it's okay. Doesn't crash too often but it's worth dropping a quick save every couple of minuites. It's a real blast to play it again but I'm not sure if I don't actually prefer Dungrons 3.

It's great to see this game on the GOG library but unfortunately this build has a lot of issues remaining. It suffers from stuttering/hitching, at seemingly random spots, as if the frame rate is dropping right down It doesn't exit cleanly, requiring an end task to shut the game down The cursor moves way too fast, even on the lowest sensitivity setting The game feels like it's running too fast too, even on the lowest speed. It's still playable but I hope GoG can give it a little more TLC for more modern PCs. I'm on Windows 11 on a AMD Ryzen 9 5900X and GTX 4090. I tried various fixes as offered around the web but so far nothing has really solved the issues.

Beim Starten des spiel bekomme ich eine Fehlermeldung Habe Windows 10 und laut Systemanforderung sollte es auch mit Windows 10 gehen

Works like a charm on Win7 x64, so that you know. :) What can I say, really... just try it for yourself. The latest patch fixes hardware acceleration (for both nVidia and ATI, even on notebooks), so now you really have absolutely NO excuse to not to buy this piece of gamemaking art.

Funktioniert unter Windows 11 hervorragend tolle Grafik, schöner Aufbau, Spannung pur. Schlachten mal leicht mal nicht zu schaffen. Die KI ist schlau und rechnet sehr schnell so das wirkliche Gegner da sind. Multiplayer wird wohl nicht mehr gehen. Aber wenn man das spiel so lässt wie es ist und einfach einen Server aufbaut, hat man Millionen von Gamern jeden Tag. Es wurde immer versucht das Spiel noch besser zu machen. Das kann man nicht. Es ist einfach so perfekt. Vielleicht entstehen dann wieder Maps wie früher. Der Editor ist einfach zu bedienen und macht das, was er soll. Der Meister aller Meister hat es geschrieben und es ist das beste Spiel aller Zeiten.
