After tracking a Soviet landing force bound for Iceland it is time to plan your attack. Do you silently close in to torpedo the landing ships and escape during the resulting chaos? Or strike with long-range missiles but risk counterattack from the enemy escorts? Have you detected them all, could another submarine be out there listening for you? Has the hunter become the hunted? Great sub and naval sim.
While I keep getting killed by annoying missile launched torpedoes... I keep coming back. It is like a slow puzzle game, where you have to position your pieces just right. Very addictive.

good for what it is
Having come from Dangerous Waters I felt it was a little lacking in grainularity, and it lacks some basic features like being able to mark on the map but I enjoy it.

Poor implementation of a good concept
I found the concept of the game pretty interesting. But was met with multiple crashes and game freezes as well as a bug where if you rotated the view angle towards the surface while in a submerged submarine, the portion of the screen that was showing towards the surface started to flicker between black and blue (the color of the sea).
