Shallow, repetitive and simple
I bought the game just to enjoy the castle building, but the game provides me with limited freedom of what can be done, the buildings are just "tokens", there is no deeper fortification logic behind the game. And the plot about good sun folks fighting evil night folks is the dumbest one I've seen for years.

Becastled
its fun and a good way to waste time, but it needs more work i was in it for like 6+ hours and it crashed on me like the system couldn't handle a huge load.

Could be AWESOME
10/5 for idea & gameplay. 2/5 for bugs. Its been 4 yrs & still not fixed!! Worker walks 1 mile to cut a tree outside camp. worker stuck in walls! Why dont you tell us why these miserable workers are NOT happy!! How many bushes , fences, gardens & fountains do they need. WHY WHY WHY do thet keep leaving. Seriously remove this part. Am I happy with purchase? Yes addictive, would I recommend? No. Overall the whole idea is awesome

Super fun but a little buggy
As you could expect from a game that's still under development, but even at this stage it's extremely fun to build a little castle town and take the fight out to the bad guys. The game does have some bugs, but nothing game breaking that I've encountered. Just small things that make doing a few tasks a little more difficult or janky than they should be, such as soldier placement and pathing on walls not quite working correctly sometime, soldiers not using open gates at night and getting stuck outside/inside the walls etc.

Siedler
Also ich bin nicht so richtig begeistert. Im Prinzip ein "die Siedler" mit vereinfachter Wirtschafts-Komplexität und geringerem Spielereinfluß auf die Gestaltung. Bspw. ist auf einem der screenshots eine hexfeld-Zelle markiert, und nur auf deren Rändern kann man Mauern, Tore, Türme platzieren. Und diese riesigen hexZellen haben allesamt jeweils 2 oder weniger Rohstoffe, und nur die dazu passenden Abbaugebäude (wie Steinbruch, Bauernhof usw) können je Zelle platziert werden. Eine Partie mag einige Stunden in Anspruch nehmen (also ähnlich wie Siedler). Als irgendwie brauchbar gelöst empfinde ich die Koordinierung der Angriffe, die übrigens eher nicht so sehr der Zeitfresser sind, das ist eher ein "Klicke dann auf weiter, wenn es an der Zeit ist". Bugs sind mir keine aufgefallen.
