Red_Eagle_LXIX: Nope, I got a performance downgrade as the game flickers like a strobe light with SLI enabled now for me.
GTX 760s on 352.86 (the latest and one released specifically for this game)

Had to disable SLI for now.
I have have two GTX 760's in SLI and they seem to be running fine. Not seeing this issue.
Yes it was so nice, I was able to go to High settings on almost everything in the 40's for FPS, I locked it to 30 just to be consistent but wow so much better.

I should have waited on buying the ps4 ver but o well more support!

Not sure what was causing it, but it has stopped doing it ever since I tried recording the game with OBS. Gremlins or a ghost in the machine. :)

And I found out what fixed it.

Borderless = no flicker
Fullscreen = flicker.

The gremlins that fixed it was the oft mentioned bug about the game not saving the fullscreen setting and reverting back to borderless.

Fullscreen I still get the flicker with SLI

Rivereyes: YES!

This is what I was expecting to hear!

I'm running an i5-2500K (4.5Ghz), 16GB RAM, GTX 970 OC and with EVERYTHING to Ultra + Hairworks I got between 43-45FPS during gameplay. If I turn Hairworks off, it jumps to 50-52 and if I put Foliage Visibility to High, it's steady 60. What can I expect from the patch? Anyone running a similar rig?
I have your rig but only 8 gig of ram and the game run equal as you, this game is amazing and CDPR is the best developer in the world goog game
You should all check if the game didn't simply reset/change some of your graphics settings before getting all enthusiastic. Just saying, so that noone will be disappointed afterwards ;)
'm getting high 50ish to 60ish, not bad i have to say.

tried hairworks and it dropped to 40ish, turned it off immediately. lol

edit: i didn't put specs so it's not a good comment.

using i4690k oc 4.4ghz watercool, 980 gtx watercool, 16gb ram, 2k res.

all settings ultra other than foliage set to high and disabled hairworks.

AMD FX 8350 @ 4 ghz
GTX 760
16 gigs dual channel pc3 12800

It boosted me in High settings on almost everything from 25-30 to 35-40 at 1920x1080. I do plan on upgrading to a 960 fairly soon.

Youv'e got a point.
I notice that texture detail level (and only that one) did get reset in mine.

On the upside, I'm running at 60 fps now instead of 30, with all texture and details high. :-D

My one reset to, but I changed it anyone. So eh! lol
Just got a crash to desktop about 10 minutes ago.

Intel i5 4690k 4.2Ghz
Pailt JetStream GTX 970 4GB
Corsair XMS3 8GB RAM 1600Mhz
Samsung 840 EVO 500GB SSD
Windows 8.1 PRO 64bit
Nvidia 352.86 or 350.12 (BOTH CRASHING!)
I'm running a puny i5 750 2.66 GHz, 16GB RAM, ASUS Strix 960 OC, and even I'm getting 45-60 fps with almost everything on at least High, although I do just run it at 1280x1024. The music sort of stutters here and there if I run around, but generally it's going pretty good. Turned off the hair thing, didn't see much difference.
Dont really see that big of a difference in terms of performance, seems about the same as before the patch. My frames stay around 55-60 fps, but they might have become more stable.

I run the game with the Ultra preset but with a few changed settings like:

Shadows: high
Hairworks: off

I turned off a few post-processing effects, because i don't like them. They have virtually no impact on performance though, but they are:

Chromatic Aberration off
Vignette off

This is running it on a i7 4770K and a MSI R9 290x G4 Gaming on a 23" 1080p IPS display.

I get two more fps maybe, and the game doesn't crash anymore when gpu is overclocked. The grass is still popping, though.
The patch made things worse for me - now the graphics driver crashes and the game slows down to about 8-12 fps from time to time
