I've installed the Troll DLC, it looks ok in the launcher, but where is it in the game?

You can find the quest on a notice board outside the Inn at Flotsam. But if I were you, I would wait a day or two before picking that quest from the board (Currently there problems with dlc due to some servers malfunctioning or something like that). I picked it up, and the quest vanished, so now I'm screwed :-(

And btw. My other dlc, the Roche Commando jacket isn't working either.

From what Voodoo Economist said, it takes a while to show up in game.

Well neither DLC shows up for me. The DLC will not activate no matter what i do.

i also downloaded and installed the Troll trouble dlc and its got a tick next to it in the launcher. But it doesnt show up on the noticeboard. i really dont want to have to start a new game every time new dlc comes out. i also tried the patcher, that says the game is already patched. the troll.dlc is in the download folder and in the cookedpc folder too. it doesnt seem like it installed or the game notices it.

But I'm in Flotsam already, and the troll quest vanished after I picked it up from the Notice board outside the Inn.

I reinstalled yet again and this time the DLC actually appeared in my list. I downloaded and installed it - same problem as before, it's not showing up in the game.

Edit: Woot! Following instructions here worked for me.

Thanks so much! That worked PERFECTLY! I had the exact same problem and was little bummed to be missing out on what sounds like a wonderful quest.
