I've downloaded 'Troll Trouble' and the 'Commando Jacket' through the launcher and installed them there as well. However the notice board in Flotsam told me to go to gog.com to find out more about Troll Trouble and the quest is not appearing ingame. I don't know where the commando jacket is supposed to be found, but I'm assuming it also hasn't installed properly.

I got the jacked installed straight to my inventory mid-prologue.
mmm, i have the troll trouble dlc(downloading now), but can't see anything about the commando jacket. do you have a different version or what?
@VoodooEconomist

Did you just install normally through the launcher? I have a green tick by both DLCs which I assume means that they are installed. Is there a way to force DLC to be reinstalled?

@nesmoth

The commando jacket comes with the CE.

Yes I have. I think the DLCs' location is at Documents\Witcher 2\Download

Try deleting those maybe?

I've tried deleting the files. The launcher downloads them again and when I click to install it, it changes to a green tick. I'm guessing it's not really installing them though for whatever reason.

And the ones found @ Program Files\Witcher 2\CookedPC as well?

Yep, tried that too. Still nothing showing up ingame.

*sigh* This is the point at which I'd give and reinstall the whole game. Anyone else has any ideas?

Delete everything, clear the temp files and any .bin files lying around, reboot, and do the hokey pokey?

Note: last step optional

EDIT: Everything being "all of the DLC files" not "the whole hard drive"

Click the DLC button again, just like when you downloaded.
Okay, game reinstalled and now neither Troll Trouble or the commando jacket are showing up in my DLC list! SIGH.
I am having a problem with the DLC. "Troll Trouble" installed fine, but the "English Subtitles and Text" and "English Voice Overs" all seem to be infinitely looping. It does the download, then it verifies, then it downloads again and verifies, and repeats like that forever.

Edit: Nevermind apparently they aren't new English Subs and voice overs and are already included in the GoG version :).

But I think that might be a bug in the launcher. If It is listed and you try to download something already installed, it just infinitely loops downloading and verifying. Doh... Considering the English Voice over is 920MBs that's going bother some people out there especially if they have a capped internet ISP.

Still no option to install either DLC. I'm assuming this has something to do with my reinstall. I have logged in with my registered account so Troll Trouble at least should be showing up in the list. The key for the commando jacket is now showing as invalid (as I have used it before) but still isn't displaying in the list. Is this a database problem? Or has it somehow become unassociated with my account.
