MeguminCrimson: And so, Monday goes away without any information. Fun.
fastica: The worst thing is that the developers are really active on the Steam forums, answering comments in the post with the patch 1.2.1 changelog (yeah, the second patch that was released yesterday), and here, nothing, total silence. I'm very tempted to refund the game.
I'll ask for a refund if 1.2.1 is not out in GOG this week.
Also I mentioned that in the ticket that has been open for 7 days already without anything posted except 2 days ago a "We are looking into it.
MeguminCrimson: XSEED submitted the build but seems like it has to be manually approved by GOG, so that means nothing gets through on weekends (kinda odd for an online game company though).
Gydion: The Galaxy backend allows for the devs to push Galaxy builds themselves similar to Steam. GOG started rolling that out to developers some months after In-Dev became a thing here on GOG. Offline installers & patches still need to wait for the normal GOG packaging team work on them.
Given that Trails of Cold Steel is a new game with Galaxy "features" I would think GOG would have mentioned this to XSEED. Then again one of the earlier In-Dev projects had to go ask GOG for access to this so who knows. Also, I don't know if the newer system would speed up full build uploads or not.
Well, in this case if normal messaging doesn't work, then money will talk. Maybe if they get a decent amount of refunds will start seeing something is really wrong with their system.
