I know of some palces to find modded content for 3000 and 4 but I was wondering if anyone knew where to find custom cities, scenarios, graphics, and other things for 2000 since the Maxis sites are long gone.

Well, "mods" is a bit of a stretch, but http://www.sc3000.com/sc2000/ that's the old SC2000 site I used to visit, and EA used to have a FTP, but that seems to be dead ended; someone did pack it up at a nice download, though.

That may not be the entire set, but there's a good chance that SC2000 site might lead somewhere if all the external links are valid.
