Stages and requirements:
1. Dream #1 after rest - Level 6 OR Act 2 (Defiance Bay) - Just ask about all topics, especially things in the dream (his staff, magran, godhammer).
2. Dream #2 after rest - ~level 9 OR Act 3 (Elmshore - see above post) - new dream, new topics: ask away.
3. Twin Elms, in the God Chamber in the druid area - after speaking to the pillar near Magran's symbol - Durance will have all new dialogue options. Just go through them. Quest finished.
