No, it was there since the German launch but for some reason the language from the game card got removed so I fixed it :)

Ah ok. Das heißt, es könnten noch mehr Spiele mit deutscher Version hier verfügbar sein, ohne das der entsprechende Hinweis auf der Gamecard steht...
