It works exactly like the twitch plugin did, so you have to have the Amazon Games App installed and log in there, after installing the plugin in Galaxy there's nothing else to do except pressing "connect".
If I install this file how do I use it in GOG?

Jacktagon: If I install this file how do I use it in GOG?
First have Amazon Games App installed on your computer and login.
Secondly have this file https://github.com/Rall3n/galaxy-integration-amazon/releases/tag/v0.3.1 (pick Windows here if windows computer and unzip it and give the folder a name) copied in the folder C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed .
Then just start galaxy. Go to settings. Go to integrations and look for "Amazon" - click connect. Done.

Do you need to update the plugin after a while? Games from at least the last two month are not showing (eg. Batman Telltale Series or Monkey Island). Tried reconnecting and waiting for sync but after about 2 hours still nothing...

Most likely the Amazon Games App itself has to be started/updated once in a while.
For me Secret of Monkey Island is showing in Galaxy (without any reconnecting/manual synching in Galaxy or fiddling around with the plugin at all)

Thanks for the info. Just to make sure, do i just download the files for the amazon plugin and copy them over my already installed plugin? Or do I need to deinstall the old plugin first? Do I just delete all the old files in the plugin folder?

finkleroy: The Twitch desktop app can no longer be used to manage or launch games, so the Twitch integration no longer works. This Amazon integration doesn't work, though. I put it in the folder for installed Galaxy integrations, but it doesn't show up in the list of integrations, nor does it show up when I search for it in Galaxy. Is there any way to get it to actually show up in Galaxy?

There is the new v0.5.0 update, which worked for me (I think as this is my first ever post, it won't let me post any links, sorry - click any of the github links above and you should be able to find the latest release).

There is any way to make GOG updating the game list from Amazon? Is pointless to have the two of them linked if GOG doesn't include the month-by-month new game that amazon gives

None of the latest bunch of games are showing up in gog galaxy after claiming them with Prime gaming. All my other Amazon games are showing up, just not ones I have claimed today. Have latest plugin installed, reset PC etc. Was working perfectly before :(

EDIT: Okay, I had to start up the Amazon games client and update it (I never, ever use it) and then re-sync gog galaxy and they showed up! It seems they won't show if you simply claim them through the Amazon prime gaming web page.

The Amazon Games client doesn't support installing games this way, only using special launch params to play a game, see here: https://github.com/Rall3n/galaxy-integration-amazon/issues/24
