Apologies if the title is difficult to understand!

Basically, games you would get from an Amazon Prime subscription used to require you to download the Twitch client to play them, and there is a 3rd party plugin for GOG Galaxy to recognize those games.

However, now there is a separate Amazon Games client for these games, which I find a lot better than the Twitch client, so I have it installed for these games.

I can't find any first- or third-party integration of the Amazon Games client, and if I try to use GOG Galaxy's Twitch integration, it basically just sends me to the page to download the Twitch client. Is there any way for me to have GOG Galaxy recognize these games without having the Twitch client installed?

Thanks in advance!
You can find the amazon plugin here: https://github.com/Rall3n/galaxy-integration-amazon

It works exactly like the twitch plugin did, so you have to have the Amazon Games App installed and log in there, after installing the plugin in Galaxy there's nothing else to do except pressing "connect".

Is this still working for other people? I noticed today that the plugin has stopped updating for games I've added in the past month or so from the regular Amazon giveaways. Old games are still there, but the most recent additions -- Victor Vran, Lost Horizon, Ironcast, et al. -- don't show up in my Galaxy library when I launch the program, and refreshing the syncs doesn't do anything.
Sadly, it's the same for me for the time being. Hopefully there'll be an update.
I don't know what happened, but after starting Galaxy today, it imported the new games I had on Amazon just fine. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The Twitch desktop app can no longer be used to manage or launch games, so the Twitch integration no longer works. This Amazon integration doesn't work, though. I put it in the folder for installed Galaxy integrations, but it doesn't show up in the list of integrations, nor does it show up when I search for it in Galaxy. Is there any way to get it to actually show up in Galaxy?

You put in the wrong place

Have GOG Galaxy Closed

Create a Folder inside the Plugins folder i called it amazon on mine

Download the windows zip from here : https://github.com/Rall3n/galaxy-integration-amazon/releases/tag/v0.2.0

Extract the contents to the folder you created

Open GOG Galaxy and it will show up on integrations

First I put it where the instructions on the Github page say to install it, which is C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed and then I tried putting it directly in the plugins folder. I tried putting the folder in the archive into the plugins folder, and I tried putting the contents of the folder in the archive into the plugins folder, but it still doesn't show up in the list of integrations or when I use Galaxy to search for it.

Just tried that, but it still doesn't show up on its own or when I search for it. I guess Galaxy is a buggy, broken mess that needs to be fixed.

Steps (worked for me):

1. Download the plugin: https://github.com/Rall3n/galaxy-integration-amazon/releases/tag/v0.2.0.
2. Put the zip in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\downloaded and rename to amazon.zip.
3. Unzip in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\GOG.com\Galaxy\plugins\installed\amazon.
4 Run gog.galaxy 2 and activate the plugin in settings (it should appear like other plugins).

Notes: You need to have installed and loged in your prime gaming app, because the plugin will search for it to login:
https://download.amazongames.com/AmazonGamesSetup.exe
Change <user> for your windows user in the routes to install (beware, AppData is a hidden folder).

Thank you very much. This worked for me.
When I search for games that I got through amazon Glaxy will not show them as "able to install from". For example Overcooked. It appears in my amazon tab. However once i choose the game it gives me only the options to install from steam, epic or gog itself (and yes i own the game on all 3 platforms as well).
Anyone got the same result? Or knows how to fix it?
This plugin is still pretty broken. It can't keep track of what games I have installed (the Galaxy list regularly shrinks to only a small number of the actually installed games), and it never recognizes new games I've added. Sometimes it loses everything and doesn't show me owning any games in Amazon. It's fixable by disconnecting the link in Galaxy settings and reconnecting, which is easier with the Amazon plugin since it doesn't ask for a login, it just connects, but it's still kind of annoying to have to break and recreate the link every time I launch Galaxy to get this Amazon plugin to update and sync properly.
