Hmm... did you try clearing your browser cache after logging out? There was one other guy who said that he could only get the second stamp by going to a different computer... So try clearing the cache, if nothing helps, wait a bit to see if gog can fix the bug or else write support that the method they proposed is not working :-)

I've got the same problem as toxicTom. I've hypothetically collected today's stamp by logging out and in, but refreshing brings me back to one stamp. :\


EDIT: Clearing the cache solved my problem. I now see two stamps permanently. By the way, I'm using Chrome.

Maybe I'm oblivious but I did not realize you had to physically click to collect a stamp until today in this forum discussion. The promo just says "keep visiting" the webpage so I assumed it was somehow automatically tracking.

You are not alone with that, someone already posted about that in the news thread, how gog could have worded that better :D

I somehow don't like the sound of this.

I think it is just the problem of the first bug mixing with the second bug, I suspect both stamps are saved but the display is scewing up again. I am really curious if they can fix this until tomorrow or of we need to apply some tricks again for the third stamp :D

I just went to a secondary browser instead, but basically the same issue.
If need be there "should" be proof that I was here on day one since I collected the Free Mount & Blade promotion, got the order confirmation and everything. While that isn't proof that I collected the stamp, that's the best I can offer.

So I'm fine with waiting. I'll only ask about it if I make it to the final day. After all, if I do miss a day for real, then there's no point in bothering them about it. I'm just posting to make the case known beforehand. And on the minor chance someone else had this same exact version of this problem.

fortunatly, logout/in worked for me. another question: is the first one from yesterday really the first one?
i only got aware of this collection yesterday. so i really hope i didn't miss one.

Well I'm actually glad it's not just me that can't get stamp 2... it's telling me collected and come back in 23+ hours

It should be no problem if you miss one day. You only need to collect seven stamps and the sale will last until 25th November, so enough time to collect them :-)

Yeah relogging just resets my stamp count and when I click, only one stamp given

Ah. I overlooked the ending date, I thought it was exactly 1 stamp for a 1 week sale. That's helpful, though I would still like to get day 1, that removes a LOT of pressure about the situation.
