Erich_Zann: Nice, eager to play this one tonight. Backer key redeemed, the natives will kneel.
By the way, you forgot the manual in the extras.
avatar
Novaesky: You can download the manual here in the meantime: http://logicartists.com/dl/ExpeditionsConquistadorGameManual.pdf
I thought I missed something :P

It's available as an extra now.

Well if they haven't released yet, I think those cited sites are being short sighted and GOG is out of sight!

Elmofongo: The Spanish Conquistadors were ruthless, imperialistic monsters and the fact there is a game about it is disgusting :P
Is that said humorously ?
avatar
Elmofongo: But then there is Total War where you play as Nepoleon Boneparte and he was the Hitler of the 19 Century :P
... :/

JMich: It wouldn't be 7 Cities of Gold, would it? Moment for link.
Edit: linky.
No, but now i found it thanks to the link....Heart of Africa, the so called sequel to 7 Cities (another great game)
Das ist es
So... it's easy to get lost in this game, I took a quest to chart the mountains looking for some man's wife, found a Spanish silver mine and some stuff about rebels, but ran out of food supplies while trying to find my way back... Lucky I saved before leaving the first town

Yes to the first question.

What can I do, whats done is done and I cannot change history and what happened was a LONG time ago.

Sounds like a good thing to me.
This game looks promising. I might pick this one up. I'm a sucker for most 16th century turn-based strategy games (Pirates, Sea Dogs etc).

Fair enough.

I consider saying "B was the H of that time" a narrow minded assertion, because you told it out of any context. Even if it's a joke, I know many people who would find that offensive on so many levels. I know you don't mean to be disrepectful, but you should tread more carefully with some subjects ...

... because at the very least you made me derail the thread.
high rated
We've addressed the phone game in many interviews, but I'll gladly repeat it here. The game started as a 3-week university project written in XNA, which we then took and revamped into a windows phone game with new graphics. Expeditions: Conquistador is based on the same setting, but is a completely different game.

And right now I don't care about what happened in the past when its best to look to the future.
And then there's Postal 2 where you play as the serial killer Dude...
