DashiDMV: Thanks for the answer. Now for the real question. Is it true you are in negotiations with Cleveland M Blakemore to obtain exclusive digital rights to his Magnum Opus Grimoire and make it a killer app for GoG Galaxy? ITZ the game Robert Sirotek is scared of you know.

As long as Grimoire doesn't blow out my ears like the alpha did, we'll be good.
Might want to tell your testers to turn down their volumes... I didn't know my headphones could reach 140dB

This question is directed at backers. Is the Golden Grail and Zandalor's Trunks worth the money? I remember reading somewhere that the trunks don't say much. However, I haven't heard anything about the Golden Grail one way or the other.

jimbob0i0: As for the coupons it depends on whether they contribute towards the cost of a game or if they have to be exactly a $5.99 game as to how useful they will be (I currently have two of these from the Witcher 3 preorder anyway) and to make it balance with steam there would have to be at least $20 and possibly up to $30 per game/dlc total to match steam... That seems excessive in coupons and would likely remove most of their profit margin then ...
I'd imagine it's likely to be the same price as Steam on here. Though GOG so far covers the whole difference in 5.99/9.99 coupons which do sadly only work on full priced games in the store.

Though that does pretty much nullify their profit margin for regional copies, it does allow them to sell the game on the store, which will draw in more people to the store for future other purchases, and on top of that they still get profit from selling the copies to people who aren't regionally priced.

I do not get the point of Zandalors Trunks at all, afaik they rank up there with Oblivion Horse Armour.

it's just a thingie all backers would (did) receive, and so to make that available to non-backers (while still maintaining some exclusivity for backers) they packed it together with some other small stuff and will provided it to "completionists" :) you definitely don't need it, but the OST is nice and those Trunks are sometimes funny, so why not?

Yeah maybe, I haven't used them this play through, on my first I equipped them for awhile, but took them off a short while later, I just didn't see the point of them, I didn't hear any talking that I recall, but the NPC spam may have drowned it out or made it seem just part of the background NPC drone....*shrugs* :)

I'd like to know if the Editor is going to be released today as well. I'm a mad modder and it'd drive me crazy if I couldn't start modding the game straight away.

yep, they're not that chatty :) I'm not far in the game but only heard them so far when the character wearing them does some extensive stealing, it says something like "if the other students in hunter academy could see you they'd be so impressed right now" ;) so it's basically these cheesy one-liners... the grail is not useful, just silly ;), but the OST is pretty great (though it only contains like 25 % of the game's music - see this to learn how to obtain the whole music score legally, from your game copy)
