Ok what I actually saw was part of the guys right eye. Just highlighted the screenshot and could see it much clearer. The 3rd looks kind of familiar but I still can't guess it.

Well this movie is Kairo - great Japan horror

Few years ago US made their own version Pulse and they broke all that was good in Kairo but create good special effects... Oh well - if you like good horrors with a twist go watch Kairo. It is incredibly good. :)
