Emob78: Amon Amarth. They will give you big balls and a mean ass Viking beard. If not, it's because you have no hearing.

We're outnumbered ten to one here
Still, I love the odds
We will sacrifice them one by one
Send them off to the gods

Fucking perfect! Thank you :) I have listened to them before, and as I don't own any of their stuff,I completely forgot about them. Shadow-boxing with sets of push-ups inbetween are working really well as a release that isn't disturbing others, and in turns means I do not need to repress these emotions, but can instead work them out with action. I'm so unfit from a lack of activity and an accumulation of toxic thoughts and lifestyle. Thank you again for helping me to find a release :) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=N03FOe9PcYo

darthspudius: The Book of Mormon OST
Listen to Behemoths new album The Satanist. It's alot more tasteful than Slipknot ;)
I'll take a listen now. Given one of my cats is named Behemoth, this sounds fitting (and I recognise the band name) :) Listen to Behemoths new album The Satanist. It's alot more tasteful than Slipknot ;)
Edit: The intro to that Behemoth is great warm-up music, thank you :)
It reminded me a little of another band I used to listen to a lot, Bolt Thrower. I purchased their albums purely for the cover art as I love Warhammer Fantasy, 40K and Epic Scale, as it was once known.
Fortunately it doesn't take much(especially when unfit) for me to get an endorphin release and feel calmer. Finding the appropriate exercises(and being well enough) for the right situation seems to be the key.
