Enviro-Bear 2010
I play Clash of Clans on my tablet, mainly because my brother, cousin and I share a clan.

If you like puzzles:
I have not actually played the mobile versions but I enjoyed and [url=https://www.humblebundle.com/store/p/splice_storefront]Splice a lot and I think they are well suited for a touch interface.

...not...sure...if....serious? >_>
XD
Here are three good ones:
Questlord
Talisman (it has a free lite version called Talisman Prologue)
Majesty

HTC make great phones. I'm sure you'll love it.
Mobile games are lame in my opinion. They would thrive one day when users could connect any type of controllers they want, including keyboard & mouse set.

Playing FPSs or any other action oriented games is a pain in the ass!

To answer your question: the only game I can stand is BADLAND

I'm not entirely sure as I haven't played the Mobile port. The DS version was one of my favourite games though.

It's almost like they should just make games suited to the controls the games are using.

BadLand isn't bad. Kinda like a darker version of Angry Birds...but with dust bunnies on crack lol

(gp trades anyone? ^_^)
I have a soft spot for The Enchanted Cave. (http://dustinauxier.com/the-enchanted-cave)

Enchanted Cave 2 is in the making, and it will also be on PC. You can try the web version now on Kongregate (http://www.kongregate.com/games/DustinAux/the-enchanted-cave-2). It should be out any time soon now... the format is perfect for mobile games.

USB Controllers work fine. PS3 also works with Blue Tooth and doesn't need the paid app in order to use it either.

Not sure why people don't test stuff. Half the people I tell this too are like...oh...no kidding they work! lol

madth3: If you like puzzles:
I do. I'm not a big fan of puzzle games on PC actually (although I love a few tactical games which happen to have puzzle elements like Commandos and Incubation) but so far I've found that puzzle games are the best genre for mobile devices. So sure, I'll take a look at the ones you suggested. Speaking of puzzle games - just finished the first chapter of Hitman GO including all objectives. I really like this one.

Right. The same issue Nintendo having with its Wii / Wii U consoles. When a company limits controller input it have to adapt existing games into mediocre ports. Only original games can be profitable.

Imagine if Sony, Nintendo, Microsoft, Apple and all other Android players allowed to connect every USB controllers possible. The world could be simplier :))

Right, I was insinuating actual controller support. The only game which came into mind is Unreal Tournament 3.

I just can't play Halo or Killzone with mouse & keyboard. Got my point?

F4LL0UT: So, as some may remember I asked for advice concerning picking a new phone recently which I actually already received two days ago. It's comparably low-end (HTC Desire 620) but it's still a helluvalot more powerful than my previous phone and just opened up a lot of options for me gaming-wise. I tried looking for some articles about the best mobile games out there but even on lists by comparably "hardcore" gaming portals there's lots of F2P garbage. So I'm wondering what the favourite mobile games of some GOGers are. Personally I'm preferably looking for mobile exclusives but I guess some multi-platform games which play very well on mobile are also okay. But I'm open for any good suggestions.

My first win so far is Hitman GO which I specifically bought a Humble Bundle for a couple of weeks ago (but didn't even try playing on my previous phone). Sadly even the HB version seems to support hints via in-app purchases or something but otherwise it's a nice and solid puzzle game that I enjoy a lot. It's - as far as I can tell - quite original and doesn't even offend me as a Hitman fan.

Anyway, what are your mobile favourites?
Heroes of Steel
Baldurs Gate enhanced edition
Icewind Dale enhanced edition
