tfishell: I'm not someone who's afraid to use cheats when necessary, so I'll probably just make use of http://www.ign.com/cheats/games/shogo-mobile-armor-division-pc-3561, if necessary.

I'm doing that with Monster Bash currently, using basically infinite lives (though I'm still trying to keep it challenging by avoiding as many hits as possible).
Not a bad idea. I never understood the hatred some people have towards using cheats, even though I rarely use them myself. I'm also pretty sure that this is the only way anyone could ever beat the "Madness" difficulty in Shogo.
I got the game on my shelf and a key to give it away. :)

The funny thing is that neither seems to work : the key gift couldn't be used by a friend and the game on my shelf lead me constantly to a 404.

There was a long time I didn't speak this much with Theodore though.

Zetikla: Dear GOG staff, please, for the love of pc gaming, fix your servers!! it should have been blatantly obvious since the fallout giveaway promo that those occasions tend to overload these, why not actually upgrading them?
I suspect it's a matter of cost effectiveness. It doesn't make sense (to them) to run a server farm that responds well to critical loads during the 5% of the year when such is needed, while lying fallow for the remaining 95%.

The best course might be for them to contract to a server provider who picks up additional load on an as-need basis. They can snapshot and clone their servers during this time and the provider hands the extra traffic, and they only pay for what they need. This obviates buying more iron for their in-house server room and supporting it year-round.
Wow, didn't expect this.

Guess I'll just get it for 80% off
Tried to click so many times on the damn button and nothing happened. Eventually the site just went down and now apparently the promo has ended. Just my luck. Oh well...

So anyone else have the lichdom promo showing [free in cart $ 15.00]? Maybe something was rushed to pull the freebie down.

Maybe this was GoG's way of testing the new servers to see if we could break them this time?

Promo page should have said this "You get a free game if the servers don't break! You get a free game if the servers don't break! Everybody gets a free game if the servers don't break! "
