I'm sharing the same experience as everyone else, at the moment. The banner has disappeared, and despite getting the message that a copy was on the way, I haven't gotten an email yet. :(

They should probably add the game to all accounts to make it fair.
Has been like that before when GOG gave away free games. You will get it trust me!
