tfishell: Would UT2004 be worth getting at all just for single player?

Wishbone: Yes, it definitely is. Not only is the singleplayer mode surprisingly good, but the game itself has such an unbelievable amount of mods freely available that it's more like you're actually getting 50 games for your money. Granted, you'll have to go look for all the extra content yourself, but hey, it's free. Naturally, many mods are multiplayer-oriented, but some are merely alterations of the existing gameplay (new maps, player models, weapons, etc.), and there are also several total-conversion single player mods out there.
Hmm, maybe I'll ...

Oh shoot, the original Killing Floor - before it was made it's own game - was made for UT2004?! 99% sure I'll get it. :) And probably Shogo too.
And the tradition of GOG server meltdown continues :P

Clicked for half an hour as well and nothing.

Good stress test though
I apparently missed it? The news page says it happened an hour ago...this is lame!
Same boat as a lot of people here... Saw the message I got mine. Then a whole lot of website down. Still nothing in Library.
11,000 when i got to the site but due to it messing up I won't beable to get the game now major suckfest lol
Yet another site crashing giveaway that disappears when you can login. Lame.
Server died and now the game is gone. Nice
Well I got it, at least the page said so and advised me to have a look at the promo, but I got no code by mail and the game is not my library.
"You get a free game! You get a free game! Everybody gets a free game! "

Can't decide whether ironic or insulting.

That was disappointing. Congrats to the ones who managed to make it through.

I try and go to a appointment on a cold windy day only to find out that the office was closed. Then I walk back in the cold to find out I missed out on a free game. This is a really shitty day for me it seems.

If you get a message that you will receive it, give it 24 hours and you will get it.
how doi claim rise of the triad 2013 giveaway?
I also got the "Thanks" banner and the Facebook and Twitter Share links, but the game still isn't on my account.

They should probably add the game to all accounts to make it fair.
Obviously, 30,000 copies aren't enough for future GOG.com giveaways. Apparently I didn't get one. :(
