Up to 75% off Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee, Abe's Exodus, and Stranger's Wrath.

Strange things are happening, we get a little unusual, a little... odd. Peculiar worlds, kookier characters, and all manner of Oddworld Inhabitants are knock, knock, knockin' on GOG.com's door. This week we highlight the original Oddworld Saga in a peculiar bundle at 75% off!

The unsettlingly beautiful visuals, the disturbingly odd universe, and the unforgivingly difficult gameplay were enough to leave a lasting impression on anyone who encountered Oddworld: Abe's Oddysee. It's a timeless story, unique and worth a try (or retry) regardless of whether you've experienced the remastered rerelease. The story of corporate cruelty continues in Oddworld: Abe's Exoddus - with a bigger, more complex and puzzle-focused challenge. Will you save your people, or save yourself?

In Oddworld: Stranger's Wrath HD you become Stranger, a gunslinging bounty hunter in a colorful Oddworld. Full of signature humor and art-style, the world around you is teeming with peculiar life forms, insane mechanisms, and mind-blowing landmarks. You're armed with a trusty double-barreled crossbow that shoots live ammunition (as in: small creatures), and you will stop at nothing to collect your prize.

Discover, or return to, Oddworld in Weekly Staff Picks: Oddworld Saga Bundle - it welcomes all with open arms and a very particular smile, until Thursday, May 28, 9:59 AM GMT.
I already have the 2 classics, but I'm not sure about Stranger's Wrath..

Me too, but I eventually picked up Stranger's Wrath :-) Into the Oddworld!
Good promo.
Would have been good if this had included a surprise release of Munch's Oddysee. As it stands your saga is incomplete. =(

tinyE: As someone named Abe I fully support this bundle.
Abe, is this you?
How is Stranger's Wrath? Is it like an FPS with just one weapon?

It doesn't have one weapon. Or to be more precise, it doesn't have only one kind of ammo.

So it's like Star Wars: Republic Commando where you get one gun but multiple configurations?
thats nice
I have only one question, where is Munchs' Odyssey? I got that game (port from XBox) long ago on GetGames, it was DRM-free...so, any reason to not see it here?

You collect small critters (the game's live ammo), with each of them having a different ability. Some of them deal damage directly, others can be used to stun the opponents, while other can be used as traps. Something else you should keep in mind is that the game isn't exclusively FPS, but you have to go into FPS mode to fire your crossbow (the game is also a mixture of 3rd person platformer/adventure).
I like to think he looks like this in real life.

Thanks for the info!
I think I have these someplace....need to look around before I grab these.
Well, the only Oddworld game I don't have is New N Tasty with its asinine DLC. It's not in the promo and honestly, I don't plan on buying it until it receives a serious discount anyway, so there's nothing here for me today.

Looking forward to, hopefully, some good new releases tomorrow. The Witcher 3 dominated last week a little too much for my taste...
