aluinie: THQNordic should purchase EA so at least we can get a good Star Wars game instead of the rubbish EA has been producing since getting the licence.
I knew the day I read that Disney was giving exclusive rights to EA to make Star Wars was a bad decision for the consumers. EA has proven that right.

True Sacred 3 by THQ Nordic when?

ThomNG: Exciting times :)

Andrey82: Congratulations! Now I hope that we will get someday Warhammer Mark of Chaos and Metro Exodus soon after release. :)

Johnathanamz: THQ Nordic should now release

Andrey82: Why everyone forgot about Warhammer Mark of Chaos? :/ This game wasn't that bad at all!
The problem with Mark of Chaos is that Bandai Namco was involved with it as well.

Now, they just need to buy Relic and THQ is really back from the dead. Which may not be that hard right now after what happened with Dawn of War 3.
Great news! Thank you THQ Nordic for bringing your games on GOG.
Can't wait for Metro Exodus and Darksiders 3.
WOW, sweet goodness.

THQ Nordic will be purchasing more video game Intellectual Properties (IP's).

A reseteara.com member just said this. This resetera.com member was at the presentation it seems.

He also hinted at even more aquisitions being made possible by leveraging the experienced management team that Koch has.

Here's a link to his comment.

So there's a chance we'll finally see the "Secret Files" trilogy on GOG.

I borrowed the third game of the series from a friend yesterday, since I already own and finished the first two.

There's also 1 spin-off game - Sam Peters https://www.gog.com/wishlist/games#search=sam%20peters
These are great news!
Here's hoping we get an Agents of Mayhem release soon. :D

Thank you very much! What a begining of the year for GoG and THQ Nordic.

Enebias: I'd like the original Metro 2033 to be here because I find it objectively better than the redux version. Aside from optimization, that is baaaad.

Johnathanamz: THQ Nordic should now release the original Metro 2033 and the original Metro: Last Light, as well as the original Darksiders and Darksiders 2, and the original Dead Island as well for sale on gog.com.

Just need a edit since people might think I got it wrong.

I know the Darksiders video games are owned already by THQ Nordic, what I want THQ Nordic to do is release the original Darksiders video games for sale on gog.com included with the remastered Darksiders video games.
Well, any original game packaged with any remaster from any company would be appreciated, really. Maybe as extra goodies like with Outcast 1.0. It's not like anybody would lose anything by including the older versions, GOG wouldn't even be forced to maintain them up to date with modern systems. Win-win? Or maybe I'm missing something?

I'm afraid SEGA will not allow that, even with the last DOW3 fiasco. DOW is a brand that still can sell a lot by itself, and SEGA is actually making a well-known brands strategic "bundle" having Relic, Creative Assembly and Amplitude (they are actually promoting that with their "Make war not love 5" event.

Anyway, the problem of Relic is not their publisher, but their actual obsession when designing new games (COH2, DOW3) in focusing just in the money they can get from online playing. Another SP-friendly developer that joins the dark side of the force :S

I would love to see Warhammer Mark of Chaos here, though. But can be as problematic as bringing here old Battletech based games. Sigh :(

Metro 2033 and Metro Last Light are already here so I'm already a happy chappy.
So that means the Sacred franchise and Saints Row franchise have a new owner.
I don't know if i should be happy about this. Never liked Deep Silver, the publishing branch of Koch media, myself, since they screwed the Sacred franchise ever since they got that after Ascaron's bankruptcy.. Sacred 2 was abandoned and then they came up with that inferior Sacred 3 and garbage citadel. Meanwhile they got Volition and the saints row branch and did actually the same. Screwed Saints Row IV by adding steam workshop, but never fixed the new problem they created with Gat out of hell (savefile from saints row 4 isn't recognized anymore and you end up with seeing a random boss in the cutscenes). Only the online profile of SR4 was fixed. And then they came with, how surprising, a new game called agents of mayhem, which isn't the same like saints row. Good riddance from sleep silver (as they are also called sometimes) . However, it comes now in the hands of Nordic, that company who took over JoWood. The very same one who came with the inferior Ancaria: Gothic 4. I still see Nordic as JoWood, though they have been improved.
But it can be better. Coming up with an expansion for Titan Quest, but which can only be played with the anniversary edition is a slap in the face for those who have the original titan quest. Next to that those who have the original never got a free update to the anniversary edition or at least a huge discount. No, instead you had to buy the game again for full price. And then there is this thing with achievements, as posted here:
https://www.gog.com/forum/general/request_for_companies_like_thq_nordic_to_add_to_their_games_the_same_options_as_steam_achievements

Company might be called thq nordic, but it's more nordic then thq. I'm hoping they improve more and start to restore Sacred 2 and the problems with Gat out of Hell. Also hoping they port the dlc's of Saints Row 2, Ultor Exposed, Corporate Warfare and the unkut pack, to the pc. Deep Silver never did that. And a port of the first Saints Row, so that pc users also have a complete collection.
I can't say the upcoming Metro game interests me much as I feel Artyoms story finished in last light, with the bitter sweat ending and it's time for a new adventure with a new character, but that is just my 2cents.

Candesco says
"Company might be called thq nordic, but it's more nordic then thq."
If you took the time to learn you'd know that THQ Nordic is a new company not THQ re-branded.

stop whining.
