Does anyone know why my library lists the current version of Batman - The Telltale Series as "Buttery Patch"? Adalia Fundamentals shows "Version: Buttery Patch, Date Published: 23/8/2017". Does anyone know what the "Buttery Patch" is, or have a changelog?

EDIT: Adalia Fundamentals also shows the current version of No Man's Sky as "Version: 1.35, Date Published: 31/8/2017", but the offline installer is for version 1.34.

GOG have MANY changelogs missing, and used to show changelog for Galaxy-only updates.
Usually the new offline installer will appear after hours or days.

I cannot help ypu with your first question but the version AF is showing is taken from the Galaxy API afaik so it might simply be that the offline installer has not received the update yet.

I tried to post the changelog for No Man's Sky Version 1.35 from the game's official site, but my post isn't showing up. I thought the issues were sorted out. Should I mention this in the "what did just break?" thread?

Just checked - it is now, but it definitely wasn't at the time I made my post, or at least a few minutes prior to that.

It could have been worse. They could have used parentheses like for the Windows installers. :P

Has anyone found what was the changes in the previous two patches for The Legend of Heroes: Trails in the Sky? The changelogs stopped at December 2016.

And I'm pretty sure 100 MB patches aren't nothing.

I'm not entirely certain to which 100 MB patches you refer, but that's roughly the size of the Galaxy client, so the offline installers which contain the Galaxy client are roughly 100 MB larger than the offline installers which do not contain it.
