Ah so I am not the only one with order history issues that cropped up after getting my library of games here quite large.. can you access your order history or is it just returning with a GOGBear error page? if the later then I can only assume the order history function was not designed with people getting a Library of games thats X amount in size

Are you talking about the order history or the order history search function?

My library is larger than yours and I can still access my order history, but the search function always fails ("No results found").

I missed the mention of ''search'' function on that message I replied to (unsure how I had missed that ) but my order history I can't access at all no matter where or how I try it on the site nor does it work for me on Galaxy either.. granted apparently if Gog staff are to believed when I brought it up to em they are working on resolving it after I confirmed I had went through all the steps they believed might have been the problem ..

Which oddly the first time I mentioned it years ago I had a ''sorry can't do anything'' message from a person when they didn't even try to help aside from one minor thing.. then this year when I brought it up I got a staff member willing to try helping and listened given even suggestions that might help resolve things and then when not able to passing it along to another to try getting it resolved with no ETA in sight

Anyway not going to mention anymore staff factor here just felt context was in order

Interesting. This made me check my order history and now all previous Amazon games have this product_title number despite them having a proper name before. So whatever change gog did in the last weeks, broke the whole thing.

I opened a ticket, since this completely breaks searching the order history.

Well mafia 2 definitive edition is okay and i got a key that was from amazon here on gog but the rest of the amazon keys are product_title number

The forums have been throwing intermittent 503s.

Oh, those are 503s? I didn't see any error, but both last night and just a bit ago the pages were just blank, and checking source there was nothing inside the body tag.

Same usually when it does happen(which usually is during big sales or several sales going on at once) I get a error page or a GOGbear atleast sometimes even a ''you don't have permission to access this page'' thing for abit.. I don't think I ever got the blank page situation before

Ah, yes, hadn't checked console. Yep, that's a 503, and it tries to show GOGBear but that URL returns 404, or at least it does with forced https.

Now loading the order list results in an empty page. The initial request returns error 504 and the "overcapacity" images are still not available (error 404).

Right now everything is fine.
