It seems that you're using an outdated browser. Some things may not work as they should (or don't work at all).
We suggest you upgrade newer and better browser like: Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer or Opera

kbnrylaec: Both countdown clocks for Weekly Sale are one hour short.

JMich: Did you account for the DST change that will happen on Sunday?
UTC never have DST.

Edit: Ignore the following, coffee hadn't kicked in yet.
In which case the sale clock (5 days and 14 hours for me at the time of writing) appears to be an hour longer than it should.

Your calculation is wrong.

True, apologies, coffee hadn't kicked in yet. Let me edit my previous posts.
Anyone else having problems creating new threads? No matter what I put in title and message doesn't go through. Stuck at Processing. Title and message have no open tags or other forbidden characters. Tried different browsers (Edge and Pale Moon/FF). Happens in all subforums.

EDIT: Replying apparently works fine.

JudasIscariot: Please send us a Support ticket about this issue as the game is live on the site.

muntdefems: Done: ticket #227639.

PS: By the way, the failing API entry is this one:
https://api.gog.com/products/1422286819?expand=downloads,expanded_dlcs,related_products,changelog
The entry for the other sub-game of the "Dark Forces II" package seems to work alright:
https://api.gog.com/products/1422285784?expand=downloads,expanded_dlcs,related_products,changelog
10 days later, I finally got a (rather underwhelming) reply:
Hello,

My apologies for replying tardily.

Unfortunately we are not officially supporting any public APIs. There is some unofficial documentation (made by some of our users) which may be of assistance to you: https://gogapidocs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/

Please feel free to use any user-created resources available online, but I'm afraid we cannot provide any comments contributions.

If you would like to access the changelog,

- with your browser, please find your game in your library> more> changelog
- with Galaxy Client, find your game in your library> click the game version (a tiny and grey option under the game title )> changelog

If you have any further questions please feel free to write us again.
I don't think the support rep understood what the problem is...
Bump. Anyone else can't start any new threads?

It could be cookie issue. Try logout and re-login.
No. Tried that.
May have something to do with some changes they made to security protocols or something? Had a number of times when a GOG page was unable to load over the past couple of days and checking event logs reveals schannel error 51s (in two groups, with two different internal error states in one of them) associated with those moments.
UPDATE:
GOG confirmed that the game is region locked (GOG Support ticket #232272).
Sadly they are unable to disclose much detail of the decision.

Ash of Gods: Redemption is wrongly region locked. GOG Support ticket #232272.

Taiwan [1] and China [2] users can not access the GOG gamecards of this game.
But I can access Steam gamecard of the game without problem. [3]

Problem fixed. The faulty API entry is in working order again!

Too short of a message/ not enough characters in the message field?

A few of the platforms we use have such a restriction.

Are you still having this problem? I just made a new changelog thread in a game forum to check, and it worked fine, didn't even get a hanging window.
