Will this one land here in a matter of hours, or will it end up swelling the ranks of many other Tux-shaped disappointments? Place your bets!
Unfortunately yet another game I won't be buying, because the devs made the stupid mistake of making a pre-order exclusives.
Everspace for Linux might come out in 2-4 weeks, so hopefully it will make it to GOG then.

Added to the OP, thanks!

PS: Only the Linux builds are new though, as Mac builds already existed for both games (see MaGog's report here).
Ruiner is coming out for Linux this Friday: https://twitter.com/ruinergame/status/981256712928808961

Not sure if GOG will get same day release, or it means delay until next week, but at least it should be coming.

Has anyone found something about the time frame of the Linux version of Into the Breach?
Little off-topic, but Signal from Tolva finally received BIG update with new campaign. Its little late (was expected near New Year), but...

And it is now available for macOS and Linux as well. Yesterday it was only for Windows.

My bad: only the macOS build has been updated today. The Linux version is still 1.0.34... :\

On the other hand, and a day after its release, The Adventure Pals is now also available for macOS.

Well, this is something new. A bit of anti-hype for a change:

Not very good news about Ruiner:
GOG is not in our plans right now. If we will see a demand for it, then we can invest our time in it.

Makes me wonder how many people are like me and use GOG's "new catalogue entry" e-mails and the DRM-free entries in Humble Bundles as their only way to discover new games. (It makes it easier to adopt an "out of sight, out of mind" policy regarding DRMed content.)

Sadly, most of the time for me, first I see a game's title on GamingOnLinux or "www.reddit.com/r/linux_gaming/" and only after googling discover the game in question does/will not have DRM-free version.

Alas, Humble Store is garbage right now (with no signs of improvement) and GOG seeems to be totally OK with "Launch for Windows and Forget" approach (up to the point of a game release not being postponed due to broken Linux build even when it was advertised for Linux during pre-order phase; of course without any explanations or mentioning in the "Good News").

That's how it is for me.

For once, this release was actually not unannounced, but I'm adding it to the list nonetheless. :P
