Dischord: The Spanish know Sherry
Heh, something I don't know about. I need to "explore" that.
high rated
Cognac has far too many calories for me. I'll stick to a nice Sonoma Pinot Noir, thank you very much!

Get only very dry, unless you like too much sweetness. The good 20 year old stuff isn't much more than last years offering, and comes from oak barrels that precede Napoleon.

I'm no connoisseur, but have put enough swill away in my tired ass to be able to appreciate good things, when I am coherent enough to recognize them :-) [I'm still spelling, but we're getting close to where I might falter.]

Enjoy, live! We all end up in the same place anyhow, but no need to deprive yourself for 100 years, when you can live for 98 :-)

A diagnosis of a-fib has curbed the "kill a bottle"...something about dust to dust via a dust bunny sent to the brain...so a pricier vintage makes perfect sense! A bit harder on the wallet in exchange for a few more years - priceless!
Please define, concept not recognized as anything but some rambling. Sorry. It is the drunk thread, in my defense; and yours too, if needed.
I wish I was drunk...

Oh damn, I am drunk, woohoo!

Nice to see you, and I'm working on the same!

Hope all is good. Saw you for a sec in another thread, but just a regular sighting I guess :-)

Yar, all is good:)
I just came from the party... Damn I have good reflexes in Quake Live, I am always so stressed when sober but now so relaxed, it helps me to sober up btw.
i'm driking champagne !
For the first time in about three months i bought myself a 12-pack of beer.
I only drink for about 1-2 times a month now and usually just a couple of beers but because of the things happened recently, I thought it would be nice to treat myself :)

Anyone with me??

It makes perfect sense to me today, and I should have noticed earlier as my father had that diagnosis at one time.

Best of luck, and full enjoyment of life's pleasures are wished.
I may just see how much I can drink while listening to music tonight...

It's not as serious as it sounds since I have zero attendant conditions but still and all something to pay a bit of attention to. In the main I cannot complain - wake-up calls to one's own mortality are actually a good thing!
