If I recall right, a moderator on SteamGifts or somebody said that the amount bundle games give is less than their actual value. I don't know how much less, though. That might account for the inconsistencies you've noticed.

I've given a handful of games that, according to their point values, would equal $56, but because most are extra keys from bundles, it only amounts to $37.18.

I didnt but i know I wont ever play it hence why i have never entered (I only enter for games I really want to play.)

The developer giving free copies away a couple of months ago doesn't help either...
