Niggles: I keep wondering why the Football/Championship manager series especially the older ones (pre 2011) cant be on GOG? Cant be just licensing issues right?.
Probably also because why would they want to sell their older ones when they can every year milk a new one. I think the older ones are nowhere on sale.

Or maybe it's because GOG is too busy focusing on hentai games.

Seriously what the fuck, pretty much the entire new releases page is just JRPG's right now. They stopped curating games altogether?
I agree. The situation is very alarming.

SEGA explains - "The nature of the licensing agreements that SEGA and Sports Interactive sign with clubs, leagues and players mean that we can only sell each version of Football Manager for a limited time. In this case, the removal of older versions of FM ... is due to clauses in those licensing agreements. This restriction applies to all versions of FM on all platforms".

Interestingly, Championship Manager 2001/2002 was, 13 years ago, legally available for free download from Eidos website and is still legally available for free download...

As far as i remember though, Football Manager (recent iterations are arguably not that good) and Championship manager (not great)went each their own way a fair while back.. cant remember which was which... at some previous past.. the players generated started being real life names etc (when they got the official licenses i guess).
