ciemnogrodzianin: Poland is usually in a basket with the highest price, so "regional pricing" issues are usually invisible for me.
I'd say that'd make them very visible...

jrich3500: Rebel galaxy? I bought a few games since day one I still don't see the game or free code in my email for this. Anyone else not get the free game yet?
Got it . I panicked at first a bit, then I noticed I'd been checking the wrong email inboxes...

Cavalary: For me it's nothing or just maybe something little, under protest, as usual since the "good news".
For me it's rather the opposite, even when it may send the wrong signal now. I try to grab and download as many of the good old games as I can, when they are on high discounts and I can afford them, before even "better" news arrive and GOG give up their principles completely.

Yup, you're right. But it only hurts when you compare or consider some tricks to avoid it. Now I just buy games I can afford and wait for better prices for the rest. The result of regional pricing is that games and gifts cost the same for me, so I almost forgot that there may be different (i.e. lower) prices for different regions.

Have some 50 games I didn't play yet, not counting the freebies I dismissed right away for having absolutely zero interest, and if I finish 5 games in a year I call it a good year. So in case of dropping them completely, I'll be good for a long time. And for anything else, there are the high seas. Keep saying that GOG got me off that completely several years ago, GOG no longer being even this nauseating option for an ever shrinking part of the catalog and becoming truly as completely intolerable as the rest will drive me back someday. Unless something else like GOG used to be pre-"good news" comes up first, of course, but how likely is that?
Either way:
Total purchases after the "good news": 9
For myself: 5, last in March 2015, all 4 since were gifts
Actually played: 1, purchased in May 2014.
Ok but I already own Alan Wake. So if it's an expiring code as well it's useless to me. Stupid to make codes expire for deals like these.
Thanks for the nightmare as I happened to SLEEP last time it was given away here on GOG :-)

Will this one also come as a code sent to our email?
Wait a moment. Wasn't Alan Wake supposed to be removed from the store because of some bullshit about music licensing?

It would seem that it doesn't extend to American Nightmare.

Correct, but that only affected the main game, not American Nightmare.

EDIT: Ninja'd so hard :/

Seems to be the case, got mine just a few minutes ago.
@The_Gypsy
Or perhaps they removed some problematic soundtracks...

Not my type of game I will wait with my shopping list practically to end of this sale. In previous sale we have more interesting and tempting events. I think Gog could/should implement something like points for shopping and if you collect specificity amount, you may choose any game in some price tag from catalog for free....

Best regards

Danke schön!

The game called Alan Wake (with nothing more) was removed. Alan Wake's American Nightmare is still for sale.

Dang, already have AW:AN. Probably just as well, with 50 unplayed freebies, not sure if I need another to add to that pile anyways.
If I spent 10 last week, do I need to spend another 10 this week for the Alan Wait? :D
