Gamers, assemble!

<span class="bold">TIS-100</span>, in which you'll quench your coding fantasy (or enjoy some work away from work) is available now for Windows, Mac OS X and Linux - DRM-free on GOG.com with a 10% launch discount.

The guys that brought us SpaceChem and Infinifactory strip off all training wheels and take that final step into purest form of puzzle solving: coding. If you feel like you've missed your true calling, or if you like your coding job <s>a little too much</s> just the right amount, then <span class="bold">TIS-100</span> may just be the puzzle based assembly simulator you didn't even know you needed. You stumble upon the Tesselated Intellgence System, TIS-100, a massively parallel computer architecture comprised of non-uniformly interconnected heterogeneous nodes. The only problem is that it's broken. With a manual on hand and your noodle brewing, it's up to you to solve, debug, and fix the mysterious, corrupted machine. Once again, Zachtronics manages to make thinking, learning and applying simple systems to complex challenges the most satisfying thing you've ever done. Are you up to IT?

Unleash your inner code monkey in <span class="bold">TIS-100</span>, available now - DRM-free on GOG.com! The 10% discount will last for one week, until July 27, 9:59 AM GMT.
I feel as if the trailer was some subliminal message that because I watched it, a virus has now implanted into my cerebral cortex, allowing it free reign to realign my nervous system in a way that makes me kill the person furthest from my current position.
Ohh, I am so glad to see this one.
The programming game you never asked for
Well i asked for it!

Well... Maybe something more akin to making a whole slew of AI to fight other AI, but i wanted a programming challenge...
(By the way even if most people associate Logo with "turtle graphics", the language paradigm itself is functional, more like a Lisp (or Scheme) (but with less parenthesis))
YAY !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was so hoping this would come to GoG as I so wanted to play it but NO WAY was I ever going to go Steam.
Thank you GoG !!!!!!

LOVE this game !
The funnest programming language ever is Lolcode. Logo is so 20ieth century. :P

Lolcode example:

HAI 1.2
CAN HAS STDIO?
VISIBLE "HAI WORLD!!!1!"
KTHXBYE

Yikes, that looks even more abstract than Spacechem. It seems Zachtronics is the go to developer for nerdgasms. :D
Definitely not for me, but kudos for the bold move to release such a niche game here. Hopefully it will pay off. :)
Yeah, they sell programming contests. Why not actually doing some real programming work and trying to get paid for it. Might even be more fun.

On the other hand many kudos for an indie game which is not a platformer of some sort.

Lolcode is not that funny... Show a Malbolge program to someone and see faces melt. That's funny ;)
You could also argue that Malbolge being not Turing-complete makes it 'funnier' compared to lolcode (which is Turing-complete). :-b

Licurg: I don't understand what this is :/
You got "simulators" for everything else. Bread. Goats. Trees. Why not a programming one? LOL.
low rated

Yeah, but at least bread and trees are interesting...

Are you telling me that the idea of writing code in pseudo-assembly to control a fictitious computer doesn't excite you? You'd rather be bread or a goat ;P? Be careful what you wish for...
