ConanTheBald: Does this mean that the feud between gamers and furries is mended now or what?
Anybody notice how, since this was released simultaneously to those two dating sim whatchamacallits, it's the latter that are catching all the flak while the furry visual novel goes mostly unnoticed?

Genius 4D chess move on gog's part! xD

Also title is incoscpicous/generic enough most people ignore it without checking what it is.
As a connoisseur of the anthropomorphic arts, this game looks like cheap trash that again shows GOG's curation is pants-on-head nonsensical.

What is missing from the connoisseur perspective? Interested to know what a good furry game would look like.

Dust?

Freedom Planet?

Sonic Mania? Just to randomly name a few.

So just being well-designed games that coincidentally have furry mascots? I was expecting an esoteric, je ne sais quoi answer that only connoisseurs are privy to instead.

The characters in Dust are drawn to look attractive/aesthetically-pleasing.

In contrast, the characters in The Pirate's Fate are not.

Darvond: You know, I'd never figure that we'd have a TF Furry fetish based game here in the market, but hey, what the hell do I know given the opaqueness of GOG's curation team?

What I don't get is when these games stay purposefully G rated. When the fetishes actually are fetishes, that's something I can get.

But when you attempt to hide that you're making this for your rocks or kinks, that's when it gets weird.

Just be honest, or you'll look like Coach Z buying all the "Great for Baby" items.

Like at the end of the day, I am a degenerate, but this choice utterly confuses me.
Exactly. I too am a degenerate, but it's blatantly obvious as to what the heck this is. It has a lot of innuendo in it too, so I hear from those who played it. Ugh.

You know, I just wish we'd get more games that people actually want.

It's the old sayin', "Go Big or Go Home". If they're making a TF game, they should have gone whole hog.

I'd say most of them are asthetically-pleasing, but also incredibly generic.

Except the Banjo lookin' bara in one of the last screenshots. Which is neither.

That's funny. To me, the artwork in The Pirate's Fate looks way better. But it may be because I prefer traditional lineart and flat colors over vector line and airbrush shadows.
furry yuck
