KneeTheCap: Morrowind itself has the price of 19,99, which is insane.
avatar
tfishell: Same price as on Steam.
Doesn't make it less insane.
avatar
Swallagoon: Also, it's 15 euros...
avatar
KneeTheCap: Without the discount, it says 30,97 for me. A bit over 20 with the sale. Morrowind itself has the price of 19,99, which is insane.
My mistake I was looking at the Fallout sale LOL. It does seem to be slightly overpriced.

Seems like it would be a good time to finally finish my Morrowind Mod :D

The current ones, yes. Developed by Interplay and published by Bethesda.

The old ones were published by Interplay. Bethesda didn't see a dime of those purchases.

Edit: Ninja'd by the fact cat ;-)

I don't care, it says on the Fallout catalogue:

Company: Interplay / Bethesda Softworks LLC

I don't care to argue over this, I feel that for one thing Arena and Daggerfall should be free as it is and require NO purchase to obtain, since it is free on the Bethesda website(s). Second, I already purchased Fallout 1+2+Tactics in the past, so I feel I am entitled to Arena + Daggerfall. It's just a way for GOG to scrape more cash out of me.

Please ignore my opinion on this if you don't agree. I simply don't care to argue over it past this point.

You can argue as much as you want. It's doubtful you'll get anything out of this.

His point was that purchasing the Fallout games on GOG gets you Daggerfall and Arena for free, but he already owns the Fallout games. I suppose technically he should get the games automatically, maybe.
Ok, here come the obvious questions:
1. Does the GOG-version of Morrowind contain the TES - Construction Set?
2. Do old mods work with the GOG-version?
Nice releases. Bit expensive though, even with the discount. Will pick all three up though as dropping the discount makes the other two more pricey. Overall, good to see these here.

KneeTheCap: 30 euro? What the fu-...

Pass.
That's my reaction...

I remember 5+ years ago hearing that Morrowind was on Steam and you could get a copy for $10 or so; This was while the Planet Elder Scrolls was still up... :(

But seeing them put Morrowind for $20 makes it a big head scratcher. I'm interested in getting digital copies of my games, but i already have the game(s), so i know i'll be waiting on this.

I assume both are true, the vanilla game runs quite well without any wrappers and the likes and every disc based version of Morrowind GOTY contains the TES Construction Set.

Although if you're going off the Steam version, which doesn't have the Set. Well then. Valid point.

This might be a disaster. Down with GOG!

Now I'll wait for Oblivion to come.
Really,Battlespire? I have to admit that I'm not fond of this game but I'll buy it because I want to support BethSoft on the site and because I'm a hugs fan of TES.
