Never Alone is as much a game as it is a historical piece on a culture most of us have heard of, but are hardly familiar with. There's love for the subject matter at every turn. The story, an old Iñupiaq folk tale, is narrated in the native language and supplemented with beautiful cutscenes that mimic the traditional ink art of the Alaskan people. As you play you'll unlock short videos, legitimately interesting cultural insights into the realities of growing up in an entirely different world than we're used to.
