JudasIscariot: Well, for now it's one of my games that I am working on bringing here that's going to be confirmed TOMORRA :D
Didn't know you were a game developer :D
So that must be something Din's Curse-esque, right? :P

Bringing here = working with a partner to get a game released or Coming Soon, as in the case of tomorrow's surprise :)

I couldn't code my way out of a paper bag :)

edit: I do the after-signing work with a game as it's our glorious Biz Dev. team that actually brings the games here :)

Lowe0: Just for variety, we could ask for something else... want to try to work out the rights to MechWarrior 2?
avatar
JudasIscariot: I believe this topic has been brought up once before and the answer basically turned out to be that those rights are a class of legal Gordian know that can dwarf that of System Shock 2 and Lucas Arts combined :(
What is it made of? Can we mine it as a fresh natural resource?
Considering the size this knot must have, it must be on the scale that can only be managed by mining equipment...
Maybe you could shoot for the Guinness Book of Records?

Yes, you do, Triple Town should definitely be on that list. It's so simple that you easily forget about time. Not hard to put down though, once you awake from it's trance.
more serious worthy candidates would be
- AlphaCentauri
- Betrayal at Krondor ( The music is great, especially on my MT-32) and the story is really interesting.
- Basically almost any good dungeon crawler (EOB I and II really need to come to GOG (sigh, how I miss those games, playing them with The Cure as background Music...)
Reminds me of Pixel Piracy, both in being a strategy and a 2d game. But it looks neat, and I may very well invest in it...

But should I get it 25% off, or wait for a couple months?

Hmm....*debates as he drinks his tea*

That was my 1st thought.
And what are you doing drinking tea? You're an American! Coffee and Beer or nothing!

Worry more, worry about your whole existence :D
For me, a lot of the games that Judas pointed out are time consuming ones. Quoting Henry Rollins, these games "will tear your mind out, they'll burn your soul" :D
Like, Knock Knock, for instance.
Hell... can't even describe the latter. All I know is that it has taken something away from me and I don't know what it is :P
Same with Downfall, The Labyrinth of Time... games that make ya a little crazy, I guess. Maybe I'll do a GOGmix about it, someday! :)

edit: well, sorry for this offtopicness, King Arthur seems so awesome. I'll give it a go! :)
Thanks, GOG
