Raiding tombs with Doctor Jones.

Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™, like an interactive Indy movie, is available now on Windows - for the first time in digital distribution - DRM-free on GOG.com!

Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™ came to PCs and consoles to a pretty warm reception from Dr. Jones' fans and gamers alike. If you're familiar with third person action games released circa early-2000, you should more or less know what to expect. The Emperor's Tomb doesn't do much that's particularly out of the ordinary, but what does is deliver a solid, Tomb Raider-ish action experience and a well written, unmistakably Indy adventure (complete with signature hat-retrieving action) - it might just be the sequel you've been looking for.

Hold on to your fedora, Indiana Jones® and the Emperor's Tomb™ is available now - a DRM-free digital premiere on GOG.com!
Is there widescreen support?
Wow. I honestly never even heard of this one before. Wish listed, definitely. Will have to conquer Backlog Mountain a little more before purchase though.
Cant decide if I want this or Outlaws.

Dont own a controller. M&kboard doable?

Very. I've played it with mouse and keyboard, and I've felt no problem with that.

Get both ;). They are worth it.

I hadn't any problems with M&K.
Remember seeing this in the back of a manual once thinking I would never get a chance to play the game considering its vintage and its license. Wishlisted for now, but can't wait to try it out from what I've heard about it on the release forums :)
Hmm...Indy doesn't appear to have cannonballs or diamond stuffed in his shirt, a shame.
A Tomb Raider-esque Indy game? Sweet! :-)
Does anybody know if they fixed the framerate issue on this game? I seem to remember the fps being locked at 30, which was really annoying. My only complaint about the game really...

Haha, I was just thinking of buying it. Thank you so much for that comment.

seemed like a tomb raider but i just stopped to wonder the screenshot.. Why would you punch any one whit a whip in your hand.

xxxIndyxxx: Well: infernal machine was oldshool Lara Croft, emperor's tomb is more like Uncharted.

tinyE: Old school Croft had much better controls than Machine. :D
Damn. I'm not into Uncharted really.

Infernal Machine was quite perfectly my style of game. Always liked TR4 and IM was quite close to it, even though with a male lead which I didn't like more but have to admit that Indy does have more character than Lara in a way.

Yet to finish the game so bring out Infernal Machine already!

i remember this one, its a kind of 3d indy walking through levels.
I am waiting for the last crusade, an adventure game like fate of atlantis, and for maniac mansion (original)
and day of the tentacle

there was a cdrom version that would be nice to get

gaming.wikia.com/wiki/Day_of_the_Tentacle

Maniac Mansion 2: Day of the Tentacle (DoTT) is a graphical adventure game, originally released in 1993, and published by LucasArts. It is the eighth game to use the SCUMM engine.

The game was released simultaneously on floppy disk and CD-ROM, with the CD-ROM version featuring a full voiceover soundtrack. Day of the Tentacle was designed by Dave Grossman and Tim Schafer.
Odd, in the game specific forums, this game is grouped together with the Indy Adventure games. Doesn't quite fit. GOG didn't just create one Star Wars forum, because a lot of the games are very different from one another. That would seem to be the case here as well...
