Hitman: Absolution & Hitman: Blood Money are now available DRM-free. Get Hitman series 75% off until April 11th, 1pm UTC.

Money talks. Silence pays. Prepare to make a killing and follow the story of Hitman: Blood Money. When assassins from Agent 47's contract agency, The ICA, are eliminated in a series of hits, it seems a larger, more powerful agency has entered the fray. Sensing he may be a target, 47 travels to America, and prepares to make a killing.

Hitman: Absolution follows the Original Assassin undertaking his most personal contract to date. Betrayed by the Agency and hunted by the police, Agent 47 finds himself pursuing redemption in a corrupt and twisted world.
But... but the bald, gruff-sounding man at the door said he was delivering physics-based platformers!

ciemnogrodzianin: I've never played the series and I'm going to try with the first one, Hitman: Codename 47. Does it make sense? :)
As Thedudelebowski wrote, it's better not to start with Codename 47, as it's more linear and rough around the edges than its sequels and its own semi-remake (eg. Contracts).
Nice releases.Instabought.Keep them coming GOG ;).Cheers
Sniper Challenge is indeed missing in the Absolution release :/
Also achievements would be much appreciated GOG ;)
Nice! Judging by the gamecards, (mentioning IO both as dev and publisher) it looks like IO manged tp aquired full rights on these two tiles as well.

As a huge fan of the series, I would advise against that. Codename 47 has a lot of good ideas, but the implementation didn't come to full fruition until the second game. Contracts is pretty much a remake of the first one anyway. Start with Hitman 2, Contracts or Blood Money. It doesn't really matter, the story is window dressing in these games anyway.

Play the other ones first, play Codename 47 afterwards and enjoy it as a historical curiosity.

Kristian: Not a good sign if Square Enix owning the IP was an obstacle that was cleared by IO regaining independence and ownership of the franchise, including publishing rights.

tfishell: SE should just pull their games from here to maximize our suffering.
Please don't give them any ideas..

Ghildrean: Does Absolution comes with all DLCs?

Does Hitman Absolution have contracts mode? Can it be played offline?
Insta-bought both of them and uninstalled from steam, been waiting for blood money for ages! Absolution is a mess but at that price I might as well add it on my collection.

Thank you IOI and GOG for this. :)

Alexim: It's great that new Hitman games have finally arrived on GOG, but why doesn't Hitman: Absolution have the achievements as on Steam?
avatar
Pyromancer138: Sadly,nobody cares about that.
Let's not be disheartened, I see that more and more people are also interested in this aspect, we should just try to make ourselves heard by the developers. Apparently they have an official Discord channel that could be a good starting point to ask for the inclusion of achievements: https://discordapp.com/invite/hitman

Read my post above yours .
great release, He-Man Blood Money is the best oldie hitmans before the new Hitman one named just Hitman

I liked Absolution too despite the hate it gets all the time.
Does this include the enhancements of the new HD collection?

Would have been nice for GOG to confirm if absolution includes all the released dlc for the game & whether it includes the sniper challenge (and if not will it be added later).
Never cease to amaze us GOG!
Well done!
