tinyE: You've already seen them.
I didn't believe the rumours that you had three asses. Oh, no! How could you kill a P1na? I hope that's some kind of strange cheese.

Are all of these your own pets? Quite a collection. Gotta love the puzzled expressions of the doggies. :D

Heh, yup. All ours. All came either from shelters or rescue groups. The white dog with the goofy ears was actually one we fostered but decided to keep because we didn't trust anyone else with him :)
My girls below. The dirty, fluffy black and white and mud-colored mutt is Sadie. This is shortly after we got her. She was still a pup and had a digging habit at the time. I took the pic to show the wife what her dog was up to.

The other is, well, Annie. Recharging her batteries in the sun on the porch.

Wife is thinking about getting a cat soon. Finally to the point where we can get one, after cancer took Oscar last fall.

Oh man, I've seen that look from Annie <---- a thousand times. So funny. "Huh? Did you say 'treats'?"

Good to know you're giving them a good home. Do the dogs get along with the cats?

Ah, finally seen them! Need more ferrets.

Yes. We had cats before we had dogs, so it's imperative that any dog we get be trustworthy with cats, and they all either like the cats or at least respect their space (they've learned the hard way that getting too close might earn them a swat on the nose from the cat).
I always wanted a ferret. I wonder how they'd manage in this climate.

Beware of those devils. I hear they bite a lot and they cause some bleeding sometimes... Plus, they are expensive and high cost maintenance pet... I wouldn't want your precious, delicate fingers damaged, i want them intact!

They are a bastardization between two species, or so i hear. Nothing good ever came out of such unions, i tell you...

Pfft, I never had or seen a ferret with a biting problem. They are generally a fairly friendly animal.

The real horror is the smell, especially since you can only bathe them once a month. They do require a lot of maintenance, and they also require a specialist vet (which I didn't know with my first ferret until it was too late and I was driving 3 hours in worry).

I don't have ferrets anymore, mostly because I decided to rescue pitbulls instead. :p
