Xian97: Yes, the Spam folder was the first thing I checked, as well as the trash. Since I received the beta invitation and the purchase confirmation I know that I am getting emails from GoG, but still nothing regarding the free game code.

Weclock: The issue with that is that gog.com uses a different email address for your free code.
your free code comes from do_not_reply atgog.com, while your order confirmation comes from ordersat gog.com

Still nothing, nearly 24 hours now. I have checked email spam and trash (it's a gmail account) and nothing from do_not_reply atgog.com, just the order confirmation. I did get 6 other emails today and a few spams as well, but still nothing regarding the game code. GoG support has not replied either.
I havnt gotten my second free game yet (bought another game 1 day ago). It worked perfectly the first time

You only get one free game. Therefore, you won't be getting a second free game code. The free game code is only sent out after your first purchase. It worked great for me :)
ahaa, so one free game only. Okey ^^ thanks
Still no response from Support and still no email with the free game code. To me, this does not bode well. The real test of a Support system is when you have trouble, and so far I have not even received an automated reply, much less any real contact. I know the system is in beta, but I would still expect some kind of response from Support after sending them a report when the problem occurred then again 24 hours later. I am glad that I am not having problems with a purchased game, only a free offer. I wonder if the original poster of this thread ever got their free code.
I know that this is a longshot but did you sign up for the Early beta between July 10 and September 7? And also, have you used the same email to register as the one used to sign up for the beta?
If not, you're not eligible for the promotion. More details here

Support is not always active 24/7. They may be doing something for you and not reply until it's done, or their mail might get marked as spam by your mail service provider. It's strange, I agree, but on the other hand, it may be best not to assault them with repeated emails as you may end at the bottom of the list (some automated support management services do this).

No I have not gotten my free game code, nor have I gotten any satisfaction via GOG support.

Well at least it's not like you bought a game and they didn't let you download it. Relax man.
I will need a reply from Xian97 to clear up this issue, and yy2wry's case should now be solved.
I'm very sorry you had to wait for your codes, but we have encountered difficulties retrieving them.
Rest assured that everyone missing their code (and is entitled to it) who contacts Support will get their code back.
In practice this will most likely mean that I'll either have to stay at work for the weekend to make sure this happens, or I will have no weekend anyway as I'll take my work home... Oh well...;)

Thanks man, while I'm not one of those who suffers, I really appreciate your dedication. This place is all about Customer service. Hell, I'd be willing to pay more money than I did for my games. I wouldn't like it if you up'd the price but I can understand if you did. This is a busy mutha farkin place.

Thanks for my code. Sorry you have to work on the weekend.
I still have not received my code. Two different people from GoG Support have replied and I sent them details yesterday. Both said that they would look into it but I have never heard back from either.
I think the problem occured because I signed up for the beta with one email, but when I created my account I used a different one. Nothing told me during the account creation process that I had to use the same email. That is what I am suspecting the problem is. I use an alternate email for many of my web signups, one that I don't care if it gets spammed then use my normal email for the account itself.
I know it's beta and really support what you are trying to do here and I trust that you will get the code to me eventually. I know you guys are working hard getting this and the Witcher Enhanced both out at the same time.

Just to let everyone know, I did receive the code and I am downloading the free game right now. I was a little concerned when I hadn't received a reply from my inquiry to support, but after making the forum post they did respond. That's a good thing, at least we all know that the GoG staff do pay attention to their forums, not ignoring them like so many companies.
Thank you very much for your assistance with the issue. I believe it was probably caused by using a different email for my account creation than what I used to sign up for the beta.
This is good to hear! I regrettably did the same thing -- used my main email as my account mail which was different than the one I got accepted to the beta with.
I sent off a quick message to support after I found my error -- so here's hoping they can help me out as well.
So far, I'm very impressed with this service. Some great titles that I'd forgotten about! :)
UPDATE: Support sent me my code. That was fast! :)
