How long ago did you contact them? Normally you should hear from support 24-36h after you sent in the ticket.

gog support is a bit slow on the whole
if you dont get a reply by this monday poke a blue ( a gog employee ) on the board
pm them and POLITELY explain the issue
I am having the same problem. I bought witcher 3 expansion and it had the first two games for free. I have contacted support several times and haven't had a human response and I wasn't sent codes to download the free games. This isn't solved this is an ongoing issue
I was wondering how did this thread escaped the gog's basement but i see that this is not the first necromacing.

You can't contact gog several times, everytime you do that it delays your response because you're making a new request. Just have some patience and wait for them to respond.

Each time you update your ticket it goes down the pile again. So if you last contacted them friday, now is the week end so you are good to wait.
Come back Monday, or better tuesay. They were quite swarmed with witcher3 / galaxy combo release, and no sign of getting back to normal soon.

Wait a minute, you bought the expansion and you're expecting TW1 and TW2? I'm reading the description and it doesn't say anything about offering those games.

When did you buy the expansion pass? The promotion (free Witcher 1+2) was valid only till 8 June. In case you did buy it before that date, did you try checking Witcher 3 Expansion Pass' box in your library through your browser? (the Galaxy client doesn't show the codes.)

Also, this thread is a very old one that has nothing to do with your problem. That problem (7 years ago) was solved.

First of all, check in your library if expansion pass is there. If not, ask yoursel how/where did you get it.

Witcher 3 is in my library, but expansion pass is only in my orders history . I was played hearts of stone before new update, but now it is gone...
