Fellow Achievement Hunters!

I thought it might be fun to post here a list of games you have completed 100% Achievements on.

Steam/Galaxy/Others, it matters not. You don't have to be a dedicated hunter, you might have done it by accident or just because you liked that particular game only.

My first game to achieve all was:

The Flame in the Flood (Steam). Including River God and the Speed Boat ones.

Fez, and only because there's so few achivements.

I can't think of many/any other games because most of the ones I play were made when beating the game was the achievement.
I don't know if I've ever done it. Maybe close with a Ubisoft robot game - I can't think of the name.

I've come close many times, but the monotony usually drives me away.

Rogue Legacy, mainly because it's one of few games I had so much fun with that I never wanted it to end. I basically sucked it dry on content.

IIRC, got all but one on Dust: An Elysian Tail. The one I didn't get is one that I just couldn't get myself to do. (There are two achievements that are associated with one particular sidequest. One requires you to take one choice, while the other one requires you to take the other one. One of those choices I just couldn't get myself to take; being mean to an NPC was just not worth an achievement.)

Also, I have 100% achievements on every game that doesn't have achievements. (0/0 is equal to every value, and is therefore equal to 100%. Be aware that if you think about this too much, you will get a contradiction and be able to prove everything.)
None.
44 completions on Xbox 360.
14 on Xbox One.
32 on PlayStation.
I think 6 on Steam?
PSN:

Avatar: The Game
Brütal Legend
God of War III
Heavy Rain
Uncharted 2

X-Box 360 or One:

Alice: Madness Returns
Assassin's Creed
Assassin's Creed II
Assassin's Creed Revelations

Life is Strange: Before the Storm
Lollipop Chainsaw
NIER
NieR:Automata
Q.U.B.E. 2

Steam:

Deadpool
Thomas was Alone

On multiple platforms:

Assassin's Creed II (PSN, XBox)
Assassin's Creed Brotherhood (PSN, XBox)
Bayonetta (PSN, XBox, Wii U [not tracked, but in-built achievements])
Bayonetta 2 (Wii U [not tracked, but in-built achievements])
Mark of the Ninja - not that many achievements, and all are reasonable
Batman:Arkham Asylum and Batman: Arkham City - got 100% completions multiple times in each because both games are just that awesome!

and that's it :P
On GOG, only Firewatch – because there are so few of them and because they can be obtained easily just by playing the game normally.
Nearly all of the Telltale games since those are story related automatic achievements than cannot be missed :)

I also remember that I managed to hit 100% in

Adam Wolfe
Adam's Venture Chronicles
The Amazing Spider-Man
The Bridge
Brothers - A Talke of Two Sons
Chains of Satinav

Corrosion: Cold Winter Waiting

Remember Me
The Room
The Room Two
Shadows on the VAtican - Act I: Greed
Subsurface Circular
Thomas Was Alone
Timy Mysteries: Inheritance - Remastered
Tulpa

I am not an achievement hunter but sometimes they are fun. I don't like those that seem to be impossible or do require an insane amount of time (that's one reason why I did not have 100% in my favorite game Alan Wake - the missing one requires me to play through both DLCs without any reloading.
Aaand... Quern – Undying Thoughts is my second "100% achievement" game. There are only 18 of them, most of them impossible to miss if you're playing the game through to the end, and for others I had to check out an achievements guide. Two of them are mutually exclusive, but you can get both if you make a savegame right at the end of the game.
I honestly cannot remember.
I had several on Xbox 360, but since I switched to PC I stopped caring.
Why, you might ask? Because back then each game I bought cost 60-70 euros, so I didn't buy many and played the ones I had to obsession, completing achievements to squeeze the highest possible amount of time out of them, even if doing that wasn't really fun. On PC for the same amount you can buy more than 10 games, so why bothering completing stuff I find boring rather than playing a new game entirely?
I think the only games I 100% completed on PC are Mark of the Ninja and Dragon's Dogma.
