UPDATE: Last chance to grab your games from the original list! Make sure to get them until June 8, 12:59 PM UTC.

Want more games? We've got more games! Three new titles are now available through GOG Connect:

- Kona
- Defender's Quest
- Door Kickers

You can get them until June 13, 1:59 PM UTC.

Today, we're launching a new program called GOG Connect. The premise is simple: connect your Steam account and add your eligible games to your GOG.com library.

Whether you're checking us out for the first time or have been with us for a while, GOG Connect gets you DRM-free versions of your games, digital extras, and a whole lot of freedom of choice (like whether you go with the GOG Galaxy client or not). It gets you our take on game ownership, and we say: why buy the games more than once?

Thanks to our awesome partners including Deep Silver, Harebrained Schemes, Jonathan Blow's Number None, TaleWorlds and more, you can now add more than 20 games to your GOG.com library if you previously purchased them on Steam.

The full list of games will always be available on connect.gog.com, starting with these and more:

- The Witness
- FTL: Faster Than Light
- The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing: Final Cut
- Galactic Civilizations 3
- Trine Enchanted Edition
- Saints Row 2
- Shadowrun Returns
- The Witcher: Enhanced Edition

While GOG Connect will stick around, the available games will come and go. These are limited-time offers made possible by participating developers and publishers, so stay tuned as we bring new titles onboard in the future (and grab your copies before they go away)!

For a bit more library-building, a bunch of our favorite titles will also be discounted up to -85% all week long, including The Witness, Saints Row: The Third, System Shock 2 and more. You can check out all the deals here. The sale will last until June 6, 12:59 PM UTC.
Definitely a cool feature. Needs to iron out the bugs, but I think it'll be great when it's fully implemented.

Currently, I own the following games on Steam but not on GOG, all of which refuse to be recognized as available to import:

- Broken Sword games (1-4)
- Saints Row 2 and The Third (and IV, if you get around to adding that).
- Breach and Clear
- Xenonauts
- Shadowrun Returns (and DragonfallDC, and Hong Kong)
- Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion
- GalCiv 1 and 2 (if you get around to adding those)

I have a bunch of other games on Steam that haven't been added to connect, too, so I'm looking forward to this expanding. But yeah, gotta get the detection set up better for now.

tailsy64: Getting a no elegiable games error and I own "To The Moon" on Steam. Do I have to set my profile to public? I prefer to keep my profile private.
Same and my Steam profile is set to public so this is not an issue.
This awesome deal .... after I rebought most of my Steam games on GoG ... FML :D
Really cool idea but buger all the games i have on steam that have gog versions i already re bought.
Well, mine finally detected my games, but now it's stuck loading or fails.
Wow, great move, GOG! Too bad the only game on the eligible list that I own on Steam is... Braid. And I didn't like that one anyway. No worries though. Keep up the good work GOG.
GOG always know what we need. :))
"WE COULDN'T REACH THE STEAM SERVICE RIGHT NOW. Please try later"

I'm guessing everyone is trying to connect right now, so I might just have to wait
Wooohoooo thanks GOG!
I have the same problem some of the others here are reporting. I own Braid on Steam. But it doesn't show when I click the refresh button. I have more than 3500 games on steam. Don't know if that makes it more problematic for the app to search through it all.
Have most of the games that are shown, yet getting "No game found" message. My Steam profile is public since inception, not sure what's going here.

AntyPanty: WE COULDN'T REACH THE STEAM SERVICE RIGHT NOW.
Please try again later.

i have 1100~ games on steam .
822 (counting DLC) here on Steam. might be that the servers are overloaded.
I'll wait a couple of days to see if they can fix the issues before I give this a try. I also don't like to have my profile public. I make sure everything is set to private, so does this mean anytime a set of games get offered to GoG Connect I have to set my profile public temporarily or does this connect feature allow GoG to see my games list even if I set my profile private?
I have 12 elegible games to redeem but gog tells me that
"NO ELIGIBLE GAMES FOUND" or
SORRY, SOMETHING WENT WRONG.

Please contact our support team. Error code: not_found

so nice...
Awesome initiative!

However, it tells me I have no eligible games, while I definitely have braid and bit trip runner in my steam library (and profile set to public).
