AnaisWitcher: Inner Chains has achievements in steam but not in gog

Many people are sick of seeing how they put achievements and other options in steam and not in gog when we pay for the same game.

It is a shame

tfishell: You're much better off buying on Steam if you want achievements.
Yeah he should buy on steam exclusively, and stop trolling on GOG.

zeogold: Pretty much 70% of Steam users.
You'd be amazed how many people I've talked to who say they prefer Steam over GOG or stopped using GOG in favor of Steam simply because they want achievements. We on the forum tend to have a pretty isolated view of the majority of consumers thanks to the fact that we're such a niche audience and a small community.
I'm pretty sure OP is some sort of flamebaitier (either that, or he simply doesn't know how to communicate decently against differing opinions), but he has a very solid point.
Pretty much this. In my experience it seems there are a lot more people that want achievements than those that don't care about them (or are downright against them). Me, I don't care about them. But, I don't use Galaxy either, so...
More importantly...is the game good ? like no bugs, glitches and good gameplay with graphics?

The multi-million-dollar money-making machine known as Steam disagrees with you.
I'm sure I should be going out and making friends instead of spending all my hours on an online forum, yet here I am. Just because the idea seems pointless (and heck, it probably IS pointless) doesn't mean that people don't want it.

Isn't that exactly what he's saying though, trying to petition GOG to get more achievements since they're all on Steam and not here?

I was called a tuna fish sandwich once. True story.

The thing that's impossible for me to believe is you're taking this thread seriously.

*shrug*
I've never seen this guy before, so I have no idea if he's just trolling or not. He does seem mildly abrasive (although I can't say he, from what I can see, threw the first stone) but again, he has a good point. Like it or not, adding more achievements to Galaxy WOULD get more people to come to GOG.

Look up any of his other threads. He didn't only throw the first stone, but threw 10 more after.

Were they all deleted or does the search (as usual) just suck? This is the only one I can seem to find.

The NBA game one must be deleted, but he was a complete asshole because no one could tell him if this new NBA game would be released here (which was HIGHLY doubtful anyway.)

Except that GOG does have achievements. It's whether the developer wants to program for it. In other words, it's more the "fault" of the creators of Inner Chains than GOG. This is where the being treated like a second-class citizen occasionally come in, because some of us actively choose to support something else (like DRM-free) other than Steam.
