I use both. If a game is available on both, I buy it on GOG to support the whole DRM-free thing. If it's a Steam exclusive, I buy it in the Humble store (to support charity) and activate in on Steam. Did that with Doom, Dishonored 2, Rise of Tomb Raider, Cities Skylines, Just Cause 3, etc.

Darvond: Hello, I'm the exception! I use GOG only. Maybe humble, but not recently.
But I also use Fedora Linux so what did you expect?
Same here, but replace Fedora with Debian (and I used Gentoo for a while, as well). But I also use Fedora Linux so what did you expect?
I have a strict no-DRM policy, and won't use (or even install) Steam because of it. I also won't use Humble Bundle now because they encourage Steam usage by selling bundles that contain Steam-only games, except maybe if there's a bundle I can get without getting Steam-only games (and I have been known to pay 99 cents just to avoid getting the Steam keys, which have negative value to me), and I will set the Humble Tip to 0 (perhaps putting that amount toward the Electronic Frontier Foundation instead).
I am willing to use itch.io, though I have not yet spent money there. (I have, however, l played some free gems from there, like Roguelike Simulator, and This Dungeon is so Cool! (warning, the page for the latter title auto-starts the game with audio). There are a couple games sold there that I am interested in; this includes Secret Little Haven (the sort of niche game you wouldn't see on GOG), and Celeste (though I might prefer to get the game when it's on sale).

I only use GOG and battle.net
The main reason I don't want to use Steam is because if I open a Steam account while I'm in China and access from the UK, it will get locked. If I open a Steam account in the UK and access it from China, probably gonna be locked again. This is one of the reasons I was afraid when GOG announced they were adopting regional pricing.

No DRM, no mandatory clients. So, no Steam, Origin, whatever Blizzivision's client is called nowadays, etc. I mostly stick to GOG, but I've been diversifying more this last year or so, buying DRM-free stuff on Humble (such as Humble Indie Bundle 19, which currently has about a day and a half left ;) ). I like itch in principle, but I can only take so many artsy interactive experiences, meme-based games, or half-baked game jam candidates.
Mostly, though, I barely buy games at all, and spend most of my gaming time playing the same small number of games -- some of which I paid nothing for.

Sorry, no can do. I consider the DRM-free download and the Steam key to be two methods of access to one licence. In other words, I don't buy one game and magically make it into two copies. Besides, they are being used for GOG Connect! :P

I think it's safe to say that, for any game that has an extra "gift to friend" button in addition to the usual "reveal your key" button in the "Keys" tab of your Humble library, giving away the Steam keys has been taken into account by both the devs/publishers and Humble Bundle.

I have a Steam account where I mostly have Valve games (I don't think they will ever be released here on GOG).
I almost exclusively buy on GOG though. There is enough here to continuously increase the backlog. :p

I'm using both Steam and GOG. I prefer much more GOG, however I'm playing on Steam in games which are:
a)available only there (plenty, plenty of them)
or
b)due to much lower price on Steam I'm sometimes deciding to buy it there even if it's on GOG (that's the case especially with bundles).
Point "b" is not always the case, sometimes I'm making a bit "crazy shopping" with games which I very liked and I wish to get back to them, so I'm buying them on GOG during some discount (even if there is still noticeable difference in price).
Buuut since I've bought most of the games which I'm interested on GOG, I'm rather strictly following "rule" from point b.
However, I admit that since I've bought GPD Win, I'm prefering even more GOG, simply because I don't need to run additional application (not a problem for my normal PC, but for GPD Win with limited battery capacity, it's always additional hour or two of playing.

I only use Gog.
After Connect, however, I grabbed some freebies on Steam.

I use both, but for new games I'm more likely to opt for steam because of its streamlined updating system. I suppose galaxy does something similar, but I really don't want my games split among more than one client. Since I already have a sizable steam library, I'm sticking with it as the only client I use. Which is ok: it works well, and regrettably it's often way cheaper than gog because of the dollar/rand exchange rate. Only thing I really don't like about steam is the forced updates. But if a classic gets released I opt for gog first, even if it is more expensive.

Only GOG here, I refuse to make a steam account even for freebies; eff their DRM-malware client.

Ditto. I only have to use quote to post my position. It would have saved me a lot of money if I'd knew beforehand which games would appear on GOG and which games would appear on GOG Connect to save me a lot of money wasted on Steam.

I use both but I often have to do a research on a game that is available on both platforms. Where is it supported better, steam workshop, dlcs etc. Opus Magnum for example I would get on Steam because there is a lot of extra content in the workshop
